I provide professional, on-demand design services. The scope of each engagement or subscription is defined by the plan or agreement you select.
I reserve the right to determine whether a requested task fits within the agreed scope.

4. Payment & Billing
• All subscriptions or service fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise agreed in writing).
• You authorize me to charge your selected payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time; however, payments are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

5. Revisions & Turnaround
• I offer revisions within the scope of your active plan or agreement.
• Turnaround times depend on task complexity and workload; estimates are provided but not guaranteed.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
• Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to the final design deliverables I create for you.
• I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing before final delivery.

7. Client Responsibilities
You agree not to request work that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring that any content, logos, or materials you provide do not violate third-party rights.

8. Third-Party Assets
I may use stock photography, fonts, icons, or other licensed assets where appropriate. These materials remain subject to their own license terms, and you are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms if you use the final work beyond the scope of the license.

9. Termination
I may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice if necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Services.

The Services are provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
